Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Customer & Client Communication
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls related to orders deliveries collections and logistics queries.
Provide accurate delivery times order status updates and problem-resolution support.
Record all queries instructions and resolutions on the system in real-time.
Order & Delivery Coordination
Liaise with drivers dispatchers and warehouse teams to confirm loading schedules and delivery routes.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Assist with booking collections returns and re-deliveries.
Escalate urgent or high-priority delivery issues to the appropriate manager.
