Job Summary
- Provide legal advice and support on infrastructure finance transactions including structuring negotiating and documenting complex financing arrangements.
- Draft negotiate and review documentation such as loan agreements security packages intercreditor agreements and ancillary documents.
- Manage domestic and cross-border transactions and coordinate with external counsel and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams and institutional clients to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct legal analysis and due diligence to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with infrastructure projects.
- Stay informed on regulatory developments and market trends impacting infrastructure finance and provide guidance accordingly.
- You must have the right to work and be eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
- Strong academic credentials and proven experience in infrastructure finance and project finance matters.
- Excellent negotiation communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to provide pragmatic business-focused solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience gained in leading law firms or high-quality in-house teams is advantageous.
