Job Summary
Join Gwinnett Place Ford as an Automotive Deal Biller and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial transactions related to vehicle sales. You will be responsible for preparing and processing all deal paperwork coordinating with finance and sales teams and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Prepare and process deal paperwork for automotive sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with sales staff finance managers and customers to finalize deals.
- Verify contract terms prices and payments to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for all completed deals.
- Communicate with lenders and financial institutions to facilitate financing arrangements.
- Ensure timely submission of all paperwork and deal information for processing.
- Assist with resolving any discrepancies or issues related to automotive deals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or automotive fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive sales support billing or finance preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.
- Proficient with computer applications and dealership management systems.
