Job title: Equipment Testing& Digital Engineering Trainee
Your role:

• Define test equipment specification including test sequence acceptance criteria calibration method etc with product & process engineer based on product (COC) requirement. 根据产品COC要求与产品和工艺工程师一起定义测试设备规范包括测试顺序验收标准校准方法等

• Develop proper testing program (SW) improve existing testing program when needed. 制定适当的测试程序SW必要时改进现有的测试程序.

• Make sub-plan of equipment creation under the overall project plan to ensure project schedule. 在项目总体计划下制定设备创建子计划确保项目进度

• Works with the CoCs to optimize product/equipment/process in order that equpment can run smoothly and fit for the factorys specific environment. 与CoC一起优化产品/设备/工艺使设备能够顺利运行并适应工厂的特定环境

• Achieve the project FOR target实现项目FOR目标

• New technology study espeically in testing and digital domain. 新技术的研究特别是在测试和数字领域

• Control Capex 控制资本支出

• Collaborate different functional groups in the team to strive with the right direction and achieve the pre-defined goals. 协调团队中不同的功能组朝着正确的方向努力实现预定的目标

• Providing engineering support to production. 为生产提供工程支持

• Report to stakeholdersexecution of problem solving escalation when needed. 向利益相关者汇报执行问题解决必要时升级

Youre the right fit if:

• Bachelors degree or above in Automation Measurement & Control Technology and Instrumentation Electronic Engineering Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering majors with solid theoretical knowledge in engineering drawing circuit principles or test system fundamentals本科及以上学历自动化测控技术与仪器电子工程机械工程等相关工科专业具备扎实的工程制图电路原理或测试系统基础理论知识

• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g. Python/C/C) understand the logic of test program development; prior experience with test tools like LabVIEW or MATLAB is preferred. 掌握至少 1 门编程语言如 Python/C/C了解测试程序开发逻辑有 LabVIEWMATLAB 等测试工具使用经验者优先

• Have strong cross-team communication and collaboration awareness able to proactively coordinate with personnel of different functions to promote tasks; experience in student association organization or team project collaboration is preferred. 具备较强的跨团队沟通协作意识能够主动对接不同职能人员推进任务有学生社团组织或团队项目协作经验者优先

• Possess fast learning ability and problem-solving thinking have a strong interest in intelligent manufacturing test technology and digital fields and can withstand project schedule pressure and actively respond to challenges.具备快速学习能力和问题解决思维对智能制造测试技术及数字化领域有浓厚兴趣能够承受项目进度压力并积极应对挑战
