Account Manager

Location: Millsboro Delaware
Compensation: $70000$80000 base commissions profit sharing (Total $100K$110K)
Reports To: Branch Manager

With a $1.5M$2M book of business this role places you at the center of client relationships service performance and enhancement growth. Youll work closely with operations mentor clients through seasonal planning and uphold a service standard that has made this company one of the regions most trusted providers.

What Youll Do

• Oversee and grow a portfolio of HOA and commercial maintenance accounts
• Conduct regular property walks quality reviews and service planning
• Partner with Operations to ensure accurate scheduling crew coordination and safety compliance
• Identify and present enhancement opportunities; achieve quarterly enhancement targets
• Lead or participate in HOA board meetings (including occasional after-hours sessions)
• Maintain strong communication with clients ensuring high satisfaction and renewal rates
• Maintain accurate documentation and service notes in BOSS (ERP)
• Work with the Business Developer on cross-selling and new maintenance opportunities
• Align with the Branch Manager on client retention strategies quality standards and operational improvements

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of account management or client-facing project management experience
• Experience in field-service or service contracting preferred
  (landscape HVAC facilities elevator pest uniforms construction etc.)
• Proven success building and maintaining customer relationships
• Strong communication professionalism and executive presence
• Ability to work onsite daily in a field-based relationship-driven role
• Valid drivers license; company truck provided
