Property Manager - Didsbury - 30000pa

An experienced Property Manager is now sought to join the team at this long established and well respected Estate Agency in the Didsbury area.

This is an interesting and varied role managinga large portfolio for one Key Client so this role will involve a great deal of relationship building in addition to the normal duties of a Property Manager.

What you will be doing

Portfolio management of around 120 residential properties for one key client
Management of all aspects of maintenance
Maintaining property records accurately via ALTO
Conducting inspections inventories check ins and outs and dealing with all day to day issues across the portfolio

What you will have

Experience of working as a Property Manager
Hold a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
Ideally have experience of both Fixflo and ALTO but this is not essential
