What Youll Do

As a Production & Assembly Operator you will:

• Work hands-on with a variety of hand and power tools

• Assemble and sub-assemble mission-critical components

• Learn high-precision craftsmanship through structured on-the-job training

• Play a direct role in building high-quality products that matter

Pay & Schedule

• Monday Thursday 5:30 AM 4:00 PM

• Possible OT on Fridays

• Starting Pay: $19.90/hr

• 6-Month Raise: $20.40/hr

• 12-Month Raise: $21.00/hr

Who Were Looking For

Youll be great in this role if you:

• Have 1 year of warehouse assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred not required)

• Have good mechanical aptitude and dexterity

• Can follow written work instructions in English

• Enjoy working with your hands and being part of a team

• Are detail-oriented reliable and motivated

• Willing and able to cross-train and rotate tasks

• Can stand for long periods and lift 1050 lbs as needed

• Are a U.S. citizen permanent resident or able to meet government requirements

Physical Requirements

This is an active hands-on job that includes standing bending lifting and assembling small components with precision. The facility is clean temperature-controlled and team-focused.
