Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic Customer Success Intern to help drive our growth and assist in administrative tasks within the Customer Success & Sales departments.
Resolve tickets and streamline those requests to the proper teams
Assist Customer Success team with client research
Analyze customer data to help team propose new products
Answer written inquiries through our e-mail system
Maintain clean data in our CRM
Work in close cooperation with our customer care team and the enterprise team
Schedule meetings for representatives
Requirements
You must be Enrolled in University (virtual or on-site)
A communicative marketing-oriented attitude
Enjoy interacting with people
Passion for sales & a desire to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office-Word Excel Teams and/or other software/database skills
Excellent oral written communication and phone skills
Strong data entry/typing skills
Enthusiasm for research and special projects
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Additional information:
Work location: Office - Onsite Clearwater FL (no remote days)
This position will require a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 29 hours per week
