Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Custodian located in Dallas Texas.
Reporting to the Production Manager the Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office building and manufacturing production floor.
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
What a typical day looks like:
Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas such as offices restrooms hallways and break room areas using cleaning supplies and equipment
Removes and disposes of trash according to proper protocols
Floor maintenance includes sweeping and mopping and use of Zamboni floor cleaning machine
Maintains cleaning and maintenance supplies in a neat and orderly manner
Keep a running inventory of all cleaning supplies and submitting purchase requests when supplies get low
Complete all other related duties as assigned
The experience were looking to add to our team:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 years of experience in a related capacity.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions
Ability to keep the facility clean and orderly
Ability to interact with staff and visitors while remaining professional polite and courteous
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing
Must be able to lift bend stoop climb reach and lift up to 30 pounds at a time
Must wear PPE such as gloves safety glasses hard hat and ear protection while working on the production floor
