to inspect the working of the elevators and perform maintenance functions regularly to maintain its efficiency

the performance of the motors brakes and switches and identify any instance of malfunctioning

the metal frame of the elevators to ensure the elevator car is well structured and is safe for operations

the motor of the elevator functions efficiently and is capable of handling the prescribed weight and daily usage

note of the repairing work concluded and draft a bill for the services provided

the engine parts with grease and oils and retain its smooth movement

7. Inspect the rollers and cables to ensure smooth movement of the elevator car
