Main areas of responsibility:
Delivers annual sales profit and inventory/cycle count targets
Executes action planwith high strategic alignment with the Franchise and BU objectives
Reaches Commercial Excellence and Operational KPIs and targets
Directly manages Area KOLSand StakeHolders
Reaches Tender success targets by implementing successful value creation strategies and tactics
Managing team of direct employees Trade Agents and Distributors
Managing the entire J&J DPS TECA&S portfolio in Centre- Sud Area (Campania Puglia Basilicata Molise Regions)
Shape the Future of TECA&S Italy in the Area of responsibility
Co-operate with Supply chain marketing and inventory team to assure excellence in execution in the asset management driving TECA&S results
Lead development of Area implementation plans activities and next steps required to close key opportunities
Take data-driven decision to optimize performance in the area of responsibility
Communicate and reinforce critical messages about DePuy Synthese (DPS) Business Unit (BU) and Area-level strategic priorities / must-dos
Qualifications
Master Degree required; Business/Marketing/Engineering preferred
A minimum of 6 years of healthcare business/medical device market experience is required.
Sales and Marketing Experience mandatory required in medical device market.
Orthopedic experience required.
Italian as mother tongue
Advanced in English
Track record of success working within a matrixed organizational environment; enterprise mindset decision-making is preferred.
Excellent understanding of customer business intelligence and industry trends is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and project management along with is preferred.
Strong business & financial acumen in understanding the needs and priorities of the broader business with a penchant for understanding the use of metrics/numbers to gauge overall performance is preferred.
Excellent listening written and oral communications skills; excellent organizational skills along with the ability to make sales presentations with positive results is required.
Ability to manage stakeholders; which includes communicating influencing and providing comprehensive solutions is required.
Strong problem-solving organizational and project management skills including the ability to design structure and lead projects is required.
Home Location in Campania or Puglia Region preferred.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes.
