Job Summary
- Develop and execute global indirect procurement and category strategies to optimize cost quality and service.
- Lead sourcing activities including market analysis supplier selection RFP/RFQ processes and contract negotiations.
- Manage supplier performance and relationships ensuring contract compliance and resolving operational issues.
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver savings drive best practices and implement sourcing or supplier transitions.
- Enhance procurement processes and systems support ERP rollouts provide reporting and coach Buyers to ensure strategy alignment and capability building.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field; Masters or professional certifications (MAI DESMA CIPS CPSM) preferred.
- 5 years in Category Management and 7 years in procurement/sourcing with focus on indirect spend.
- Strong expertise in procurement strategy supplier management and contract negotiation.
- Solid analytical and project management skills able to manage complex data and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency with procurement tools (e.g. SAP Ariba IFS or similar).
- Fluency in English
