Mechanical Calculation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced as a Mechanical Calculation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical calculations and finite element analysis with proficiency in ANSYS software. The role requires the ability to generate technical reports using Word and develop analytical calculation models in Excel. The candidate should be capable of proposing technical alternatives to overcome engineering challenges based on our standard calculation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conductmechanical calculationsandfinite element analysisusing ANSYS to evaluate the structural integrity of SPIRAL heat exchanger.
• Develop and validateanalytical calculation modelsusing Excel to support design decisions.
• Preparetechnical reportsdocumenting analysis results methodologies and design recommendations.
• Collaborate with the design team to identify and resolve engineering issues providingtechnical alternativesas necessary.
• Ensure all calculations and analyses meet ASME standards or EN13445 standard and project requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and providecalculation supportto engineering departments.
