DescriptionYou will develop and own HR strategies for the Olathe site providing day-to-day HR direction on strategy and execution. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage staffing organizational development and talent management. You will align HR principles with business objectives and promote talent and growth through organizational transformations and staffing strategies.
You will report to the Central Sr. HR Director and work from the Olathe KS location on a hybrid schedule.

ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the Olathe site and align with business goals.
- Develop a team of HR professionals within the central region.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives to support the growth and transformation of the sites.
- Lead talent management and succession planning efforts to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations performance management and talent development.
- Collaborate across the US HR region and with SBG HR to drive HR process excellence and seamless execution of key initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies procedures and legal requirements.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- At least 5 years of experience in HRBP or HRG roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
