Responsibilities
- Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine transmission steering suspension brakes and air conditioning.
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
- Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers about additional repair needs and provide time estimates.
- Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components.
- Document all repairs and services performed.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer technical bulletins and training programs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to OSHA and local safety regulations.
- Operate all tools and equipment responsibly reporting safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Ford certification preferred(but not required).
- Minimum3 years of experienceas an automotive technician.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and professional demeanor.
- Must own a personal set of tools.
