- Senior support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically not routine. Acts as a representative of the neuroscience sales department and assists in the promotion and development of the sales strategy. Monitors industry competitors market conditions and new products for the organization.
- Helps interpret sales data for assigned Neuroscience products within a specific geographic area.
- Expands and applies enhanced understanding of customer organizations and networks and of diverse influences that affect customer decisions.
- Communicates with other sales representatives around common objectives to coordinate selling efforts.
- Helps generate key customer insights/trends for colleagues and stakeholders.
- Responds to inquiries from newly converted customers and provides support to medical personnel and other key stakeholders.
- Operates and enhances use of available technologies marketing assets and channels to support sales calls.
- Demonstrates Johnson & Johnsons Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
