Job Summary

Job Title: Pipe Welding Foreman

Location: Qatar

Positions Available: 5

Salary: QAR 2800/-

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of pipe welders on site.
Allocate daily work tasks and ensure project deadlines are met.
Monitor welding activities and verify quality as per technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with welding procedures safety guidelines and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers supervisors and inspection teams to resolve work issues.
Conduct inspection of weld joints and ensure work meets required standards.
Maintain proper safety practices as per workplace HSE guidelines.
Prepare daily progress reports and manpower utilization records.

Requirements

Proven experience leading and handling a team of pipe welders (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of pipe welding techniques and procedures.
Experience in construction onshore/offshore fabrication and topside jacket work is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld procedures.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
