Job Summary

Job Title: Structural Welding Foreman

Location: Qatar

Positions: 10

Salary: QAR 2800/-

Responsibilities:

Supervise guide and manage a team of structural welders.
Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress to ensure timely project completion.
Review structural drawings and work requirements.
Inspect welding work to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with welding procedures and specifications.
Coordinate with project engineers supervisors and quality inspection teams.
Maintain safe working practices and adherence to HSE regulations.
Report daily work status and manpower utilization.

Requirements

Proven experience supervising a welding team (mandatory).

Structural welding and fabrication experience in construction environments.

Exposure to onshore/offshore fabrication and topside jacket projects will be an added advantage.

Ability to understand welding drawings procedures and technical documentation.

Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
