Visa Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated visa application specialist to join our team in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will possess vast experience in handling visa applications across multiple countries and must demonstrate a thorough understanding of visa processing procedures requirements and regulations. This individual should be adaptable eager to expand their knowledge and capable of delivering exceptional service while working in a hybrid environment.

Work Mode: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Visa Application Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of visa applications including documentation submissions and follow-ups for multiple countries.
  

• Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance and support to clients on visa requirements regulations and application procedures.
  

• Documentation Review: Ensure all client documentation is accurate complete and compliant with visa requirements.
  

• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with embassies consulates and relevant authorities to ensure smooth application processing.
  

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on visa policy and regulation changes and communicate these changes effectively to clients and team members.
  

• Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of visa application processes.
  

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visa application processing for various countries.
  

• Proven track record of successfully managing visa applications for corporate and individual clients.
  

• Strong understanding of visa policies embassy requirements and consular operations.
  

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in documentation.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and visa application portals/software.
  

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Benefits

Remuneration: NGN 400000 -N450000 Monthly Net (Plus pension and monthly allowance)
