Job Summary
Fohntech Group are looking for an Electrical Construction Manager to join our team in this role you will be managing large-scale projects in the pharma data centre and power sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documentation and assess opportunities for value engineering.
- Manage project schedules labour allocation and weekly progress reporting.
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure efficient productivity and quality workmanship.
- Ensure quality standards are met including snagging and final inspections.
- Assist in procurement management to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Lead commissioning activities and ensure all systems are tested and handed over.
Key Requirements:
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship or trade cert with 5 years of construction management experience.
- Proven track record managing large electrical projects across multiple sectors.
- Strong understanding of commercial management quality assurance and site safety.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage with clients.
