Job Summary

Position Role: Develop and maintain staff and course content at RMAS in line with current doctrine and practice.

Responsibilities:
1. Principal staff officer in Ac G7 branch responsible for delivery of G7 battle rhythm events.
2. Deputise for SO1 G7 as required.
3. Ac SME for infantry tactics combat estimate wargaming and doctrine.
4. Teach mil doctrine and the CE to all RMAS staff and offr cadets. Assist and provide advice and assurance on all OSW TEWTs and exercises.
5. RMAS link into ITT establishments and secretary of the Reg CC and CCS Customer Executive Boards.
6. Lead for simulation and training innovation at RMAS.
7. Lead for training continuous improvement.
8. Oversee the implementation of the Safe System of Training at RMAS.
9. Support to training delivery and exercises.
10. Interlocutor between RMAS and the LSW.
11. Oversight of training resources and bookings.
12. Lead for competitions/games with other Academies (UK and overseas).
