You will act as a force multiplier for senior leadership in a high-stakes fast-paced environment. This role involves managing complex logistics operational hygiene and coordination to remove bottlenecks. You will execute autonomously from partial context ensuring the organization maintains a high execution ceiling while developing autonomous software for critical applications.

What you will do:

• Coordinate complex calendars and multi-country travel logistics for the Chief of Staff and senior leadership team.

• Manage operational hygiene including expense tracking document systems data rooms and internal SOP maintenance.

• Conduct structured research and track high-level action items to ensure leadership commitments are met with precision.

The ideal candidate:

• Early-career operator (02 years experience) with high personal standards and the ability to infer intent from ambiguity.

• Ambitious proactive problem-solver who applies common sense to resolve issues before escalating them to senior management.

• Disciplined executor who is comfortable with unglamorous work and thrives in a non-traditional high-pressure professional environment.
