Job Summary

Subject to formal establishmentJoint Boarding processandsSPoliciesa vacancy will arise for an OF3 to serve asSO2 Learning Development Advisor at Defence Medical Academy Defence Medical Services Lichfieldon an Additional Duties Commitment (ADC) Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS) withan initialproposed start date of 01 Apr 26 (subject to formal establishment and candidate status).

Up to 90 Reserve Service Days per year / total are available for the right candidateto conduct the role.

Unit Function:

The function of the DMA is to provide the military medical education and training Defence needs for operations in the 21st Century. The role of this position is to support the delivery of fit-for-purpose training design products and processes and provide mentorship and development to Course Design staff.

Position Role:

Responsibilities

Review DSAT Element 1 products received from the TRAs and in collaboration with SO1 TDA and TRAs clarify and improve

Quality-assure DSAT Element 2 products (eg. Formal Training Statements Assurance Specifications) produced by DMA Course Design staff

Develop and deliver an in-house trg design course along with subsequent mentoring to up-skill existing and new Course Design staff to deliver accurate and agile design.

Review all Cse Des SOPs and provide expert advice to assist with their further development
