Location: New Cairo Festival City Cairo Egypt
What Youll Do:
- Provide first/second level desktop support for hardware software and application issues both locally and remotely including troubleshooting documentation and ticket management.
- Install upgrade maintain and repair desktops laptops printers and authorized software applications (Windows OS Microsoft Office Cisco Jabber etc.) including basic support for Mac systems.
- Collaborate with supervisors managers and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues ensure operational consistency and provide guidance to other Band 1 technicians.
Requirements
What you need:
- 23 years of experience in Windows desktop support.
- Knowledge of multiple Windows operating systems (XP 7 8.1 10) and Microsoft Office suites.
- Basic understanding of Mac OS networking fundamentals and servers.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware printers peripherals and network connectivity.
- Strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills including familiarity with ticketing systems.
