Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with the following requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate on-premises Kubernetes clusters ensuring reliability performance and security.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC)using Terraform Ansible Helm and Kustomize.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipelineand ArgoCDfor consistent deployment practices.
- Implement and maintain observability stack using Grafana Prometheus Loki and Thanos.
- Administer and optimize Ceph EFS and persistent storage configurations (PV/PVC).
- Manage networking and ingresswith service mesh integrations for multi-service environments.
- Implement RBAC namespace management and cost optimizationstrategies.
- Troubleshoot system issues perform root cause analysis and enhance system resilience.
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps peers to improve infrastructure reliability and developer experience.
- Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure automation and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Kubernetesin on-premises environments(cluster lifecycle scaling upgrades troubleshooting).
- Proficiency in Terraform Ansible Helm and Kustomizefor infrastructure automation.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipelineand ArgoCD.
- Solid knowledge of monitoring and logging stacks(Prometheus Grafana Loki ELK Thanos).
- Strong background in Linux administration networking and containerization (Docker).
- Experience with Ceph EFS and Kubernetes storage provisioning.
- Deep understanding of networking and security including:
- Ingress controllers service mesh and network policies.
- IPsec VPN tunnelssetup troubleshooting and integration between hybrid environments.
- Web Application Firewall (WAF)configuration and rule optimization to protect workloads.
- Proficiency in Bash and Python scriptingfor automation and system maintenance.
- Working knowledge of AWS Cloud servicesintegrated with hybrid infrastructure setups.
