We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our Client Services team where you will contribute to managing client relationships ensuring project success and driving growth for the agency.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative technical and marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to maximize client value.
Prepare client reports presentations and status updates.
Ensure all client communications projects and deliverables are well-documented and organized.
Stay informed about industry trends client businesses and competitors to provide valuable insights.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in account management sales or client services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Experience with CRM software.
Excellent organizational problem-solving and analytical skills.
Sales and negotiation experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
