Job Summary

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to manage the operation of adhesive and packaging machinery in a fast-paced production setting. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless high-quality manufacturing by maintaining optimal machine performance upholding safety and quality standards and supporting continuous production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor adhesive machines (Klebemaschinen) with precision and consistency
Run and oversee packaging machines (Verpackungsmaschinen) to meet production targets
Ensure uninterrupted production flow through continuous monitoring of machine performance
Conduct routine maintenance and perform basic troubleshooting to reduce unplanned downtime
Strictly follow safety procedures and quality control protocols at all times
Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to support daily operational objectives

Requirements

Requirements:

3 years of hands-on experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to operate and maintain adhesive and packaging machinery
Strong understanding of safety standards and quality control processes
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills
