Job Summary
Summary
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathe and milling machines with a focus on DMG Mori systems
- Perform machine setup including tool selection work-piece alignment and parameter configuration.
- Interpret technical drawings specifications and measurement reports with precision
- Conduct thorough quality inspections using calipers micrometers and gauges
- Maintain accurate production records and comply with safety and operational protocols
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues
- Support continuous workflow optimization and meet established production targets
Requirements
- Anabin H qualification or equivalent recognized technical training
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on CNC machining experience
- Mandatory experience with DMG Mori machines
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments
- German language proficiency at A2/B1 level
- Familiarity with and willingness to adhere to German industry standards and work practices
