Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for our contact center SaaS solutions from concept to final implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers developers and marketers to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly product experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends tools and technologies to continuously improve our product offerings.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design preferably in the SaaS industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with omnichannel or contact center solutions is an advantage
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
