Overview of the role:

Senior Project Manageris responsible for leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery and launch. This role requires strong leadership strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while coordinating closely with internal teams senior stakeholders and external partners. The Senior Project Manager is also expected to mentor team members drive process improvements and ensure alignment with business and product strategy.

What youll do:

• Lead and drive end-to-end project delivery from initiation through launch and post-releasestabilization;

• Own project planning scope definition timelines dependencies risks and deliverycommitments;

• Assemble lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams; assign responsibilities and ensureaccountability;

• Facilitate project governance decision-making and escalationmanagement;

• Create and maintain detailed project plans work breakdown structures and delivery roadmaps in collaboration with developmentteams;

• Work closely with QA teams to define testing strategies test plans and release readinesscriteria;

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation in JIRA Confluence and othertools;

• Manage communication with internal stakeholders senior leadership and clients on business and technicaltopics;

• Coordinate and manage external vendors and third-party serviceproviders;

• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery proactively addressing risks andissues;

• Partner with Service Delivery and Operations teams to support release and deploymentprocesses;

• Track escalated issues as part of SLA processes and drive resolution acrossteams;

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices within projectdelivery;

• Mentor and support junior project managers or team members asneeded;

• Perform other related duties as assigned

What youll bring:

• 5 yearsof experience asanProject Manager or similarrole;

• Proven experience managing complex software delivery projects in Agileenvironments;

• Strong experience working with software development and QAteams;

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different teams and seniority levels.

Standard Qualifications

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and Agile values andprinciples;

• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum KanbanSAFe) and understanding of theirdifferences;

• Proficiency with project management tools andmethodologies;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including stakeholder and executive-levelcommunication;

• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Google Docs Slack and video conferencingplatforms;

• Advanced level of English.

Preferable Qualifications

• PMP-PMIorPRINCE2 orPMI-ACP

• Advanced proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA Confluence);

• Background in software development orQA;

• Business Analysis / Systems Analysisexperience;

• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and testplanning;

• Knowledge of API architectures (RESTful SOAP);

• ITILcertification;

• Experience with business process modeling anddiagramming;

• Domain knowledge of theiGamingindustry;

• Strong research and analytical skills.
