Patient Demographics: 80% are CO Medicaid patients

Annual Deliveries: 250

Admissions: 40-50 Peds

Support Staff: None

Required Procedures/Skills:

- Newborn IP Peds Circumcision Need to be proficient in neonatal resuscitation treating respiratory & infectious disease in young patients (95-99% of the duties)

- Required to attend all C-sections in OR gear; Only need to attend some deliveries.

Nursery Level: I

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

- No pediatric ICU.

- EMR Training: Cred Preapp & full app must be completed & submitted to move provider into "applicant in training".

- EMR Module (learn lessons) EMR Virtual (PPL) training: only able to attend if Modules are completed before training.

- EMR Virtual training must be completed at least 1 week prior to the 1st day.

- First Day: site requires completion of EMR Modules & training before 1st day details can be released; All candidates must complete the EMR questionnaire.

Active CO License or IMLC

BC (Pediatrics)

DEA

Self inquiry NPDB report

Required to participate in CO Medicaid to prescribe patients.

Must understand the EMR training requirements
