Case Mix: Majority solid tumor; No Leukemia; Possibly Lymphoma.

Trauma Level: II

EMR: Epic/Beacon (All chemo ordered through treatment plans)

Required to Supervise APPs: Yes

Other Info: No procedures; No BMT.

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC

BC/BE

BLS ABLS ACLS (Red Cross or AHA)

Epic/Beacon experience is a plus
