Job Summary
Job Description
The successful candidate will join Fare Management unit in SIA Pricing & Merchandising department and be part of the team to drive revenue for SIA.
Key Responsibilities
Support Fare Management unit within SIA Pricing and Merchandising department in the following:
- Perform direct filing of airfares in Airline Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO) system to maximise commercial advantage for SIA.
- Support SQ contact centres and other departments to resolve pricing feedback from SIA customers.
- Work with pricing and filing teams in SIA Head Office and overseas stations to implement pricing and revenue initiatives through quick and accurate filing and distribution of SIA fares surcharges and ancillary rates for pricing by travel agents on SIA website/mobile app and other SIA direct sales channels.
- Develop domain expertise in pricing and filing to support departmental and divisional projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
- Knowledge of airline pricing tariff and fare distribution is preferred but not essential
- Fresh diploma graduates will also be considered
- Previous experience in airline ticketing roles or ATPCO filing will be advantageous
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organisational skills
- Desire to achieve excellence with a mindset to get things right
- Positive and eager to learn attitude
