Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop domain expertise in the telecommunications industry including products pricing models sales processes fulfilment billing and operational workflows across multiple markets
- Contribute to quote-to-billing solution design including product catalog definition the pricing and costing structure
- Facilitate customer and stakeholder workshops to elicit analyze and validate business and functional requirements
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution designs system configurations and integrations align with agreed business requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Analysis practice
Person Specifications
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to manage customer expectations through structured workshops walkthroughs and feedback sessions
- Ability to summarize complex solution proposals clearly and concisely including assumptions options impacts and recommendations to support decision-making and approvals
- Confidence to constructively challenge customer requests that fall outside scope or viability balancing business needs with technical feasibility delivery timelines and cost implications
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products services and end-to-end operational models
- Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments collaborating closely with product owners architects and delivery teams
