Job Summary

Investment Management Firm with 400B AUM

Strategic hands-on CRD / CRIMS Technical Product Owner for Fixed Income
Front office Client-facing delivery
Platform leadership &Technical execution
Hybrid 4 Days In Office
Base and Bonus $300k - $400k

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle implementation and configuration of CRIMS aligning functionality with investment workflows and business objectives.
Serve as SME for CRD Trading Portfolio Management and Compliance modules.
Partner with Fixed Income and Compliance stakeholders to support daily operations and incident management.
Recommend scalable solutions by applying deep knowledge of CRIMS architecture and components.
Guide clients through discovery design testing (UAT) and go-live phases.
Provide structured feedback on product capabilities and propose enhancements to meet evolving client and market needs.
Translate business and technical requirements into actionable CRIMS configurations and integrations.
Work directly on the trading floor to enable real-time communication and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in financial technology with 5 years of direct CRIMS platform expertise.
Proven success implementing CRD systems in investment management settings especially with Fixed Income and compliance use cases.
Strong command of CRIMS architecture APIs data models rules engines integration tools.
Ability to assess internal system design and constraints recommending practical enhancements and workarounds.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business teams.
Degree(s) in Computer Science Engineering Finance CFA etc. preferred.
