Acqueon Product Owner Contract:
Seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong hands-on expertise in Acqueon Dialer / auto-dialer campaign management. The ideal candidate will independently lead product initiatives manage Agile teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Acqueon Dialer platform and campaign performance
- Gather requirements write detailed user stories and manage backlog
- Collaborate with Business Marketing Call Center Ops Sales Compliance & IT
- Lead sprint planning UAT and end-to-end delivery
- Support production issues and drive continuous improvements
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in dialer operations / contact center environment
- Hands-on with Agile (Scrum) backlog & sprint management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Acqueon Dialer experience (preferred)
- Exposure to communication platforms like Twilio
- Healthcare domain experience
