Position: Acqueon Product Owner
Location: Remote

Acqueon Product Owner Contract:
Seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong hands-on expertise in Acqueon Dialer / auto-dialer campaign management. The ideal candidate will independently lead product initiatives manage Agile teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage Acqueon Dialer platform and campaign performance
Gather requirements write detailed user stories and manage backlog
Collaborate with Business Marketing Call Center Ops Sales Compliance & IT
Lead sprint planning UAT and end-to-end delivery
Support production issues and drive continuous improvements

Required Skills:

Strong experience in dialer operations / contact center environment
Hands-on with Agile (Scrum) backlog & sprint management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Acqueon Dialer experience (preferred)
Exposure to communication platforms like Twilio
Healthcare domain experience
