Overview / Purpose of the position
To generate leads convert prospects into clients and promote our training programs. This role requires excellent communication skills a customer-focused attitude and a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow through learning.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Commercial
Make outbound calls/meets to potential clients to promote training programs and services.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns events and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of calls client interactions and sales progress using Salesforce systems.
Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align messaging and offerings.
Product Knowledge
Articulate BSIs Training products and qualifications to generate returning client sales
Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience
Min of 1-year solid experience in sales in CB Consultant Training Provider.
Skills and Abilities
Able to communicate clearly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented clear and open-minded
Education / Qualifications
Associates degree and above
Personal Qualities / Aptitudes
Well organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Highly motivated and passionate
