Job Description
- Develop and implement territory business plans and KOL engagement strategies to achieve sustainable sales growth and meet business objectives
- Work closely with marketing medical and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of new product launch plans. Assist in pre-launch activities such as territory readiness customer segmentation and engagement
- Identify new business opportunities gather market intelligence and perform competitor analysis
- Consolidate and analyze data to prepare reports and action plans for business development
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals (HCPs) with clear objectives and deliver key product messages
- Review sales performance and provide accurate forecasting; identify challenges and support the sales team in daily operations
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within the team to maximize synergy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts HCPs and business partners to ensure long-term growth
- Work closely with marketing and medical teams to execute initiatives that drive product awareness interest and engagement among targeted customers
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies industry regulations and ethical standards
Job Requirement:
- Bachelors degree or above preferably in a science-related discipline
- Experience in dermatology/ skincare or immunology-biologics portfolio is highly advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Results-driven with strong planning analytical and reporting skills
- Self-motivated independent and equipped with an entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; proven experience in KOL management
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
- Candidates with solid supervisory and leadership experience may be considered for the Sales Supervisor position
