Domestic Considerations: Reserve Service Days (RSDs): A minimum of 38 RSDs per year is required to deliver a positive output.
Additional Service Days: Up to 88 Specified Task days are available subject to operational training and routine requirements.

Attendance at one training weekend per month is expected.
Participation in an annual two-week Annual Continuous Training (ACT) period is mandatory.
Attend courses recruiting events and conferences/meetings at locations away from RAF Digby as required.
Responsibilities -
1. Work closely with the UOSO & UOSWO to follow new recruits through their careers ensuring their retention.
2. Assist CoC with retention mentoring and administration of recruits through initial trg.
3. Assist CoC on Care of Trainee delivery including the recruiting provision and the management of all those under Candidate Nurture and Phase 2 training providing duty of care during OTT weekends.
4. Deliver insight days and nurturing training acting as a role model to all unit recruits.
5. Requirement to be IT literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ensure currency regarding RRMT related policies and directives.
7. Manage and provide guidance to RRMT Team.
8. Provide support to the Unit Recruitment Team and wider military sponsored recruiting events.
9. Any other duties commensurate with rank and experience.
