About the Role Jetstream Personnel Consulting is a recruitment and staffing agency based in Lloydminster AB/SK proudly serving Western Canada for over 15 years. We are currently seeking a personable and organized Part-Time Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This is a remote role with a flexible schedule ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting recruitment and administrative processes. While the position is work-from-home preference will be given to candidates located in Saskatoon SK or Lloydminster AB/SK due to occasional in-person meetings.
What We Offer - Competitive hourly wage: $25.00$28.00/hr based on experience and education

Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and support the full recruitment lifecycle including:
- Posting job advertisements
- Reviewing and screening resumes
- Conducting initial candidate interviews
- Coordinating pre-employment screening and reference checks
- Preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
Support current employees and contractorsManage social media activity including posting job opportunities and responding to general inquiriesEnter and maintain candidate and client information in ATS softwareProvide general administrative support as required
Qualifications & Skills - Previous recruitment and/or HR experience is preferred
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Pro; willingness to learn ATS software
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational analytical and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including interviewing abilities
- Experience with social media management is considered an asset
- General understanding of HR administrative processes and best practices
