Process advanced and complex payrolls in a timely manner by performing all payroll functions including time and attendance system maintenance payroll data preparation and processing for both hourly and salaried employees. Process garnishments run payroll reports and assist with W-2 preparation. Provide customer service to employees and all levels of management regarding their payroll questions.


Required Qualifications:

Minimum of three years payroll experience working with automated time and attendance systems or working with payroll ERP software required.
High school education or equivalent required.
Associates degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience combined (one year of education equals one year of experience) required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
Ability to use a 10 key calculator required.
Excellent organizational skills required.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff required.
High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidential information required.
Excellent communication skills required.
Ability to work well within time sensitive deadlines and under pressure required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Prior healthcare payroll experience preferred.
Prior experience with UKG and Workday payroll software preferred.
Bachelors of science in business finance or accounting field preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook preferred.
Ability to use independent judgment and decision making preferred.
Demonstrate history of providing effective customer service and support preferred.
