Human Resources Intern

As the Human Resources Intern you will be in a project-driven role. You will contribute to projects that further UMBs initiatives with Inclusion Diversity & Associate Giving as well as elevating employer branding to foster communication and engagement with internal employees and external community members alike.

How you will spend your time:

• Meeting with various UMB leaders and associates to gather content about personnel and the business for external content communication
• Partnering with UMBs Marketing and Social Media team for content creation
• Collaborating on reporting and data analytics
• Sharing your career interests and pursuing projects that further your goals
• Researching industry best practices and making recommendations
• Supporting the execution of projects that impact UMBs associate population

• You are currently enrolled in a higher education program as at least a Junior OR are actively pursuing a career in HR through other methods
• You are interested in utilizing your creativity to help create content
• You are willing to establish relationships to learn about how UMBs culture affects the employees experience
