Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Direction & Business Planning
Develop the regional Sales strategy business plans and goals to ensure attainment of sales targets establishing plans with a 2-3 years time horizon.
Act as the primary European voice for the Immunology portfolio aligning our global strategy with the European market nuances and customer demands.
Contribute as an active member of the Sales Senior Leadership group providing thought leadership and forward thinking strategic planning to enable informed decisions and execution of short and long term growth strategies
Operational leaderships
Oversee management and executive reporting including revenue performance growth resource planning budget allocation and fiscal goal results.
Collaborate with Inside Sales Sales Operations and Marketing leaders to ensure optimal flow of the demand funnel
Communicates strategic vision and corporate updates provides directional guidance to their team to exercise independence in accomplishing goals
Organizational Development & People Management
Provide leadership to design and implement the long-term organizational structure and career development frameworks required to scale the European Immunology business over the next 3-5 years.
Serve as a strategic change agent driving key transitions (ie technology structure operation frameworks)
Champion a culture of growth by actively empowering and elevating a high-performing team through regular one-on-one team meetings performance reviews and compensation recommendations.
Knowledge and Qualifications
Requires extensive sales experience of 8-10 years (typically with an advanced degree in life sciences) and 5 years of leadership experience including leading managers.
Has expert-level knowledge and skills within own technical area or professional discipline with a basic understanding of related areas
Understands whole organizational model & capabilities and knowledge of global distribution systems regulations and industry business fundamentals.
Proven track record of change management; ability to lead teams through evolution and drive engagement in a complex environment

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
137300.00 - 228900.00STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package that may include health benefits retirement savings and more (depending on region).
