THE ROLE We are seeking a Legal Counsel for a global pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. The successful candidate will provide legal advice to the business work closely with affiliates across Europe and draft and review various types of agreements. Fluency in English and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide legal counsel and draft as well as review various types of agreements including Master Service Agreements Clinical Trial Agreements Health Care Professional Agreements and standard agreements.
Oversee the drafting of contracts with third parties and manage all associated processes including legal review and ensuring successful contract execution.
Administer contract templates and ensure proper maintenance and filing of confidential documents and legal records.
Liaise with multiple departments and foster close collaboration with company affiliates across Europe.
Build and maintain productive working relationships with international teams through effective collaboration.
YOUR PROFILE
Lawyer with at least 3-4years of experience; proven experience in pharmaceuticals biotechnology and/or an international law firm is essential for this role.
Fluent in English both written and verbal; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
Highly organized and efficient with a proven ability to drive projects and deliver results within set timelines.
Excellent drafting skills strong communication skills and attention to detail.
