Crafting Highlights:

In the role of Line Lead - Packaging working in Toronto ON you will be part of the Packaging Department You will lead and coach an operation of a functional area; Apply robust people management practicesbuildcapability of the team(s) create space for effective coaching and communications. You willbuildand maintain plans and standards around safety and quality.

You will lead departmental operations in one of the Packaging formats i.e. Bottle Can or Keg towards the vision of a high performance team culture anddrive changemanagement initiatives to continually improve both plant andprocess operationsto meet World Class Operations will contribute to theoperations manager group on sitedevelopingshort term tactics and contributing to the brewery strategy over a 5 year time horizon

What Youll BeBrewing:

  • Developand leadexecutionof the Line 90-Day Plans to address losses andbuildcapability.
  • Coach andmentorteam to deliver departmental KPIs the right way aligned to the World ClassSupply Chain2.0 pillars.Identify talentneeds anddevelopplans to close gaps
  • Develops monitors and embeds systems and processes to optimize efficiencyqualityand delivery through the removal of waste in all forms.
  • Owns Planned StopExecutionand has monthly review accountability of Line Master Plans and results

Key Ingredients:

  • Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed high volume manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic professional and exercise great judgment indevelopingand maintaining excellentbusiness relationshipswithin the business
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
  • You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constantcuriosityfosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
  • Youll have 3 years of experience as a manufacturing/operations supervisor
  • We prefer you to have a bachelors degree in Operations Engineering Science or Business

At Molson Coors were committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $100400.00 - $131800.00 (posting salary range) 13% target short term incentive $11000 on average spent on benefits per employee including but not limited to health dental vision retirement with above market employer match wellness incentives and EAP paid time off (including holidays vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
