Upper School History Teacher (2026-2027)

Position Description:

St. Stephens and St. Agnes School seeks an instructor to teach U.S. History courses for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in history (advanced degree preferred) significant teaching experience and a distinguished record of innovation and professional growth in a school setting. Beyond these qualifications the following will be given special consideration in evaluation of applicants: experience with teaching World History (in addition to U.S. History) commitment to teamwork and collaboration with colleagues forward thinking and student-centered pedagogy and experience with teaching and assessing writing.
