About the job
You partner with business and HR stakeholders as the primary point of contact for Mining People Analytics. You ensure business priorities are reflected in the analytics agenda and help drive adoption of data-driven solutions. Your work is hands-on and strategic combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement.
Your responsibilities include:
The location for this position is in Stockholm with flexibility for hybrid work. You report to the VP HR Mining and collaborate closely with Head of People Analytics at Sandvik Group.
Your profile
You have experience in HR analytics or a related field along with a few years of experience in similar roles. Youre skilled in translating business needs into analytics requirements as a true partner to the business and familiar with tools like Power BI. You understand data governance and compliance in HR and have a strong technical foundation to manage data and create reports independently. A relevant academic background is expected and you communicate fluently in English.
Youre service-minded data-driven and collaborative thriving in an expert role. You communicate complex data in a clear engaging way and feel comfortable presenting and educating large groups.
