About the role

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights Join Aira as an Analytics Engineer and help shape the future of our Commercial this global role youll sit at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge data technologies building analytics capabilities that empower smarter decisions.

What youll be doing

Define key metrics that guide our commercial strategies.

Build robust data models for attribution channel performance and customer journey analysis.

Partner with data engineers to transform raw data into valuable assets.

Develop dashboards and visualization tools for marketing and business insights.

Ensure data quality and optimize pipelines across marketing platforms.

Contribute to best practices frameworks and BI infrastructure.

What youll bring to the role

Strong understanding of marketing data (UTMs attribution ad platforms).

Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (PowerBI preferred).

Experience with data modelling and ETL/ELT processes (dbt SQL Python).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure).

Ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.

Bonus: Background in software development machine learning.
