As a Data & Reporting Business Analyst I you will drive automation reporting and data solutions for the Rewards Product Delivery team.

Job responsibilities
- Automate data workflows and reporting processesusing Alteryx and SQL to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Design develop and maintain ETL pipelinesfor data integration and migration across multiple platforms.
- Model and structure databasesto support analytics reporting and business decision-making.
- Collaborate with business and technology teamsto gather requirements and deliver actionable data solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports(primarily in Tableau and Excel) to support business stakeholders.
- Analyze business datato identify trends risks and opportunities for process improvement.
- Implement and monitor data quality controlsto ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Support key business decisionswith timely accurate and relevant data insights.
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx and SQL(must have).
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes(must have).
- Proficiency in relational databases(Oracle SQL Server Snowflake).
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Jira for project management and agile workflows.
- Experience using LLMs (Large Language Models) or AI tools in data analysis or reporting
- Experience with Tableau and Excel for reporting.
- Experience with Python for ETL and automation.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS RDS Azure SQL Snowflake).
- Familiarity with RPA AI/ML NoSQL (MongoDB) and advanced scripting (Shell PowerShell Java).
- Experience with cloud-native reporting tools.
