Job Summary
- Good experience in Treasury Management payment monitoring related to claims processing Bordeau
- Hands on experience in creating process performance reports.
- Ability to freely & decisively communicate with internal / external stakeholders.
- Responsible for delivering SLAs.
- Lead process improvements and transformation initiatives.
- Establish & maintain strong process controls
- . Experience of managing large teams.
- Manage all month-end activities as per the calendar and coordinate with respective onshore and offshore team members
- Train new team members on complicated process tasks.
- Identify process efficiencies and participate in process improvements / Automation initiative.
- Support with query resolutions to the internal external and statutory auditors.
